Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If a digital product is not right for you, you may request a full refund by emailing us within 3 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

This 3-day money-back guarantee applies to our digital products, including online learning content, digital games and digital services.

Email legal@rozoomio.com within 3 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout, and we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are handled by Stripe and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Because digital products give you immediate access, by completing your purchase you consent to that immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel is lost once access begins — except for the 3-day money-back guarantee described above, and except where the content is faulty or not as described, where your statutory rights are unaffected.

If a physical product is lost during delivery, we will, at our discretion, either replace the product or provide a full refund. If you change your mind after receiving a physical product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition; you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Once received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price.
